Inspiration: If It Makes You Happy - Sheryl Crow

Hello fashionistas!

As you know I derive inspiration for my looks from everywhere and this old music video called If It Makes You Happy by Sheryl Crow is  one of my newest inspirations.

I love her carefree way and mix of patterns in this music video. This is also one of my favorite songs by Sheryl and I'm happy to have found it again.

Boater Hats: I Need Your Help!

Hello lovelies!

Before starting this post I want to thank all of you for stopping by my blog. I'm really thankful for all of your feedback because it motivates me and brings up my mood when I'm feeling down.

I've gained so much inspiration lately that its crazy how driven I've become to make these looks happen.

I recently started doing DIYs. My latest attempt were the shorts featured on my previous post!

But I'll leave that for another day...

Today I need your help!

I'm currently in LOVE with boater hats and I'm having trouble choosing the model I want.

Here are my three choices:

Brixton Avenue Hat - $30 - $40 (Lulu's, Amazon.com...)

OR

The Love Boater Hat - $30 (Modcloth)

OR

Graces Hats Mercury Boater Hat - $30 (Urban Outfitters)

I love the three models but I'm so un-decisive! My only concern is that the last pick has two stitched in hair combs to keep the hat in place and I fear that it could become a problem later.
I just want a hat to fit and be a hat hahahahaha

But I love the model so I still included it on my choices.

What do you guys think...Which one should I get?

And if you have any other wool boater hat choices that I can purchase I would greatly appreciate it if you share them below.

Thank you in advance fashionistas!

Love,
Sheyla

Sunday Afternoon

Hello loves!

How is your Sunday afternoon going?

Its going great for me so far. I'm so glad this week is "finals week" because after that its a MONTH of freedom!!!

I'm super excited and I can't wait for Winter vacation to start. I'm sure that Christmas and New Year's Eve will be great.

I finished decorating my house for the holidays earlier today and now I'm at my uncle's house to celebrate his 50th birthday.

The following shots were taken at his condominium and I loved the scenery; I feel that its so MIA.

Well I hope your Sunday is going well too.
